Who we are

This is the corporate website of Evolve Health, a physician-owned healthcare organization with clinics throughout Florida and Texas. This site exists to share information about our organization with practice owners, job seekers, partners, and the public.

This site does not collect patient information

This corporate website has no patient portal, no appointment booking, and no forms that ask for health information. If you are a patient, scheduling and care happen through our patient site at healthevolves.com (opens in a new tab) and its secure, HIPAA-covered systems, which have their own privacy practices. Please never send health information through this site.

What we collect, and how

We collect a small amount of information, in two ways:

• Analytics. We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use this site: which pages are viewed, roughly where visitors are located, what kind of device and browser they use, and how they arrived here. Google Analytics uses cookies, which are small files stored by your browser, to tell returning visitors apart. This information reaches us in aggregate; we do not use it to identify you personally.
• Information you choose to send us. If you call us or email us about a job, a partnership, or sponsorship, we receive whatever you choose to share, and we use it only to respond to you.

Cookies and your choices

The only cookies this site sets are the Google Analytics cookies described above. You can browse this site with them blocked and everything will still work. To opt out, you can:

• Block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Every major browser has this option.
• Install Google's own Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on (opens in a new tab).
• Use your browser's private or incognito mode, which discards cookies when you close it.

Third-party content

Our careers page displays current job openings through a widget provided by an outside service, which loads from that provider's servers. Links on this site may also take you to other websites, including our patient site, job boards, and social media platforms. Each of those has its own privacy practices, and this policy does not cover them.

What we do not do

• We do not sell your personal information.
• We do not run advertising or ad-tracking on this site.
• We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. This site is written for adults.

Hosting and security

This site is served over an encrypted connection (HTTPS) from a modern hosting platform. Like nearly all websites, our hosting provider keeps standard server logs, which can include IP addresses, for security and reliability.

Changes to this policy

If our practices change, we will update this page and its effective date. Meaningful changes will be visible here before they take effect.
