Everyone should be able to read, navigate, and use this website. Here is the standard we hold ourselves to, and how to reach us if something gets in your way.
Our standard
We build and test this site against the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA. Every page is checked before it is published, and accessibility takes priority over visual styling whenever the two conflict.
What that means in practice
- The whole site works with a keyboard alone, including menus and expandable sections.
- Text and interactive elements meet WCAG contrast requirements.
- Pages use real headings, landmarks, and descriptive link text for screen readers.
- You can zoom to at least 400 percent without losing content or function.
- Animation is minimal, and it is turned off entirely when your device asks for reduced motion.
- Images that carry meaning have text alternatives; decorative ones are hidden from assistive technology.
Third-party content
A small amount of content on this site comes from outside providers, such as the job listings on our careers page. We choose vendors with care, but we cannot always control how accessible their content is. If you have trouble with any of it, contact us and we will help you directly.
